You are a little bit behind the times . . . .
In 1974, central government in Britain re-organised most counties, for easier voting access, and several counties disapeared completely. These include Westmorland, and Rutland. Cumberland was enlarged, and became "Cumbria", taking in all of Westmorland, and part of Lancashire. Please check.
